"Blogging Dearth"

The Music of Our Lives blog, has created a great new term for a prolonged excused absence from blogging: blogging dearth. And I have been in an extreme blogging dearth, almost 3 months long. But I have an excuse, well actually, a few of them...

Life is busy...between work, Yes I'm working full time again (since February), church, house work, friends, catching up on Lost I have no time for blogging or face book or even email for that fact. Tonight I just have to share our news.

The best present S. received for his 30th birthday was an invite to apply for a full-time teaching position at Jordan High School (Canyons School District) with a 99% guarantee of getting the job. Well as of today, it's official, we are moving back home to the mountains!!! We are so excited to get back to the west. It's true, the west is best. (S. also will be teaching adjunct classes at some of the Universities in the area where he can get his foot in the door. There's no resting for him!)

S. has been even busier, teaching 2 classes at Western Michigan University, 1 class at Kalamazoo Valley Com. Coll, 2 classes at Kalamazoo Institute of Arts, subbing in the public schools, serving in our stake as the co-stake executive secretary. He is very happy to settle down (a tiny bit).

Truely we have enjoyed living in the midwest and experiencing new adventures. We have grown very much from them.

How is the housing bubble in northern Utah? Rent or Buy? Any suggestions will be most welcome. We plan on making our move in late July/early August.
